Meeting Rooms


The Corvallis-Benton County Public Library has three meeting rooms available for use by the public.
Reservations may be made in the Library Administration Office or by phone 541-766-6928.


Main Meeting Room: $60 minimum (which includes three hours); each additional hour is $20

Amenities include:

  • 120 chairs
  • 15 tables
  • Kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator/freezer
  • Built-in counter space at back of room suitable for concessions or handouts
  • Projection screen
  • Stage
  • Lecturn
  • Piano
  • LCD Projector*
  • Microphone(s)*
  • Dry-erase board with markers/eraser

*Must be requested at time of reservation (at least one week prior to reservation).

 

Board Room: $15 per hour with one-hour minimum

Amenities include:

  • Large oval conference table
  • About 20 chairs
  • Dry-erase board with markers/eraser
  • Projection screen

 

Conference Room A: $15 per hour with one-hour minimum

Amenities include:

  • Five-foot rectangular conference table
  • About 10 chairs
  • Dry-erase board with markers/eraser
