How can I update my address, phone number, email or PIN number?

You can update any information in your account by going to My Account on the Library web site. You can access your account by clicking on the My Account link above the left sidebar anywhere on the Library's web site.

Enter your 14-digit library card number from the back of your library card, and your PIN. Unless you have asked to change your PIN at the Circulation desk, your PIN is the last 4 digits of your library card number. Click on the Submit Request button.

You will now see your account information.  There are links for Edit Account and Edit PIN.  Click on either link, enter the correct information in the pop up form and then click "Submit Change".

If you have trouble with the online form or can't remember your card number, then call or visit the circulation desk at any Library location. You may also call the Corvallis circulation desk, at 766-6926, to update your information. Be sure to have your Library Card barcode number ready.
