Donating Books to the Friends

We welcome and depend on your book contributions. Because of your generosity the Friends are able to raise money for library programs and services that otherwise would not be funded.

We accept books, DVDs, CDs and Videos, but – sorry - no magazines.  Donated items should be in good condition and salable. They should be clean, free of mold or mildew or unpleasant odors.

Donations can be left at the Main Library in the foyer at the entrance from the underground parking lot. A sign indicates the place to leave them.

Contribution forms for your taxes can be found in an envelope above the drop site or from the Library Administration office. The Friends are an IRS 501(c) 3 organization and an Oregon Cultural Trust qualifying non-profit.

Thank you for your donations!
