Question/Comment: Why can't the initial search box on the catalog have a drop down menu so you can select your material type right off the bat? When I'm looking for just a DVD I have to search through all the books, CDs, etc that match my search and I only want movies!
Answer: With the latest version of our online system, we can make this change on the first catalog search box. This will be implemented soon. For more specific search limiters, like looking for only materials within a certain date range, click on "more options" next to the catalog search box and then click "set limits."
