Both of these are very common suggestions: A. Your DVD loan period is way too short at 14 days. I cannot watch a whole season of TV shows in 14 days; B. Your DVD loan period is way too long. The video stores only let you have the DVDs for a few days. When I have something on hold it is frustrating to have to wait so long.

Well, we are trying for a happy medium here! We are not a video store and we are not trying to maximize revenue by getting as many rentals as possible out of our DVDs. Our shortest loan period is 14 days and we do not allow renewals on DVDs even if there is no waiting list. Many feature films are finished before the 14 days and returned early.
