Purchase Request Form -  For books, videos or sound recordings you think the library should own, fill out a Purchase Request Form. Use this form to request titles that would be good additions to our collection.

Interlibrary Loan Form For books that are out of print or for those titles that may be geared to a more academic audience.  ATTENTION: As of June 1, 2012 we can no longer accept requests for Audiovisual Material including DVDs, VHS, Music CDs, books on CD, or books on tape.
