The Corvallis-Benton County Public Library offers eight storytimes a week, five at the Main Library in Corvallis, two at the Philomath Community Library, and one at the Monroe Community Library. In addition, there is a storytime for dads and their young children on the first Saturday of the month, as well as a bilingual storytime on the second Saturday of the month at the Corvallis Library. The storytimes at the Main Library are held in the Storytime Room (located on the first floor) and the storytimes at the Philomath Community Library are held in the Meeting Room. The storytimes at the Monroe Community Library are held in the Library. The storytimes are approximately one-half hour long and are filled with stories, songs and fingerplays designed for infants, wobblers, toddlers, or preschoolers.
